Masa was born from a desire to showcase the true authenticity of Mexican food. This being the culture, soul and people behind the cuisine.

With Masa we want to create an homage to the magic of Mexico’s mezcal bars, where we have spent one too many nights enjoying the great food, music and company. We want to champion the diversity of Mexican spirits – crafting unique cocktails infused with wild, seasonal ingredients sourced from the Netherlands. Our food menu, in turn, showcases our chef's interpretation of traditional Mexican food and delicacies from indigenous communities throughout Mexico.
