With Masa we want to create an homage to the magic of Mexico’s mezcal bars, where we have spent one too many nights enjoying the great food, music and company. We want to champion the diversity of Mexican spirits - crafting unique cocktails infused with wild, seasonal ingredients sourced from the Netherlands. Our food menu, in turn, showcases Frits’s interpretation of traditional Mexican food and delicacies from indigenous communities throughout the country.
